Nicolas Touchot, Ph.D.

Nicolas Touchot, Managing Director, holds a Ph.D. in molecular biology from University Pierre and Marie Curie in Paris, France and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Prior to joining Easton Associates, Dr. Touchot was a Principal at The Wilkerson Group where he spent eight years conducting multiple projects for European companies and/or focusing on European markets. Dr. Touchot’s areas of expertise include pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical devices. His wide and deep knowledge of the specifics of the marketplaces in various European countries and settings can be leveraged for opportunity assessment, portfolio rationalization, therapeutic area strategy, and market entry strategy. He helps US clients develop strategies for the European market as well as assists European clients in their search for global or European solutions.

Dr. Touchot’s previous work history includes several positions in Sales, R&D and Clinical Development in the European management group of Johnson and Johnson Interventional Systems (now Cordis). Prior to this, he worked as a research scientist in cellular biology for Princeton University.
