A balanced combination of on-the-job experience, in-house training and industry seminars

Easton Associates believes that the best training comes through working closely with senior professionals and partners on actual projects.  First, our new hires are introduced to all aspects of an EA project through a two-day orientation program that includes a case study.  Next, they are staffed on project teams where questions are expected and encouraged, and where we are certain there will be the appropriate safety net and support. 

On an ongoing basis, for the first 12-24 months, we work actively to staff our new employees on a diverse set of projects to broaden their healthcare experience base and perspective.  Many of our consultants also supplement their project-based training by attending conferences and industry seminars.
