I joined EA as a Consultant after I finished my MBA at Columbia Business School and was excited to start my career in consulting. Prior to business school, I had spent four years on Wall Street, the last two as a healthcare analyst in equity research. I went to business school to further my knowledge in business and to position myself differently within the healthcare field; from Wall Street observer to a more active participant. Consulting seemed to be a great way to continue to experience the breadth of the industry while becoming more actively involved in effecting change one company at a time. I was drawn to Easton for its single focus on healthcare, its broad range of expertise within the field, and its collaborative culture.
