While everyone at EA works hard to make sure that we deliver the highest quality product for our clients, our work/life balance is very manageable. A typical day starts at 9AM and ends around 7PM. Our partners stress that we must deliver our best possible work to our clients. There is no “face time” at EA, meaning that one doesn’t have to put in time at the office just to keep up appearances. When the demands require a longer day, we put that in. When there is a lull in the project, the day is shorter. The company also carves out time for periodic Monday lunches where we all get together to share lunch and discuss a topic of interest. We are also encouraged to attend conferences in areas specific to our interest. Travel is manageable. We typically visit the client periodically throughout the project for updates and presentations, but the majority of the work is done in our Manhattan office. It’s great to know where home is and to create a life in NYC.
